What to Expect When You Call Diane S. Diel, S.C.
Attorney Diane Diel knows that making the call to a family attorney about a divorce or separation is not easy. We find that most of our clients are deeply worried about their future and have a host of unanswered questions. Our goal is to make you comfortable and to understand your goals and concerns so we can best work to solve the legal issue.
When you first call Attorney Diel’s office, we will collect some basic information. This may include your contact and employment information, your spouse’s information, what type of legal help you are seeking, whether you have children and what financial issues exist. Next, we will run a conflict of interest check to ensure that we are able to represent you without any conflicts of interest or any reservations. You may need to wait for a call back to assure that Attorney Diel is able to work with you. Once we confirm there is no conflict, we will schedule you a free half hour telephone consultation with Attorney Diel as soon as possible. During that consultation, Attorney Diel will discuss how she can best help you and what the next step is. Through this intake process, we hope everyone that calls feels our office was able to help them take at least one step in the right direction.
